How can someone delete the comments?

This has nothing to do with Abrams' film; it was created by Battlestar Galactica FX designer Gabriel C. Koerner. Also, "The Human Adventure Begins" is a truncated version of the tag-line from the virtual-series 'Star Trek (Reborn)', a re-imagining of the the original Star Trek series, of which Mr. Koerner's design is affiliated.

It's published, it has automatic copyright. For extra protection (and to be eligible for punitive damages and such) copyrights can be registered...but any creative work is protected just by existing.
(I may be uber-paranoid about not passing the bar exam, but I did pick up a few bits of legal knowledge during the last three years...)

YouTube is set up so you can report comments as spam and therfore have them deleted. Spyderfan007 has actually had me blcoked from commenting on his page.

I just sent this message to to the moderators at YouTube, maybe well get somewhere now. I sent it in response to an email they sent me.
To Whom it May Concern,
Spyderfan007 has posted Copywritten material on his page regarding Star Trek, The Trailer he posted is made up of CGI stolen from StartrekReborn.Net made by Hollywood Special effects artitist Gabriel C. Koerner who works on the Battlestar Galactica Series on SciFi and is paid for his work on Star Trek, Mr. Koerner and the Publisher of Star Trek Reborn (Jeremy Grunloh) have not given their permission to post this material without their consent. Mr. Grunloh and a number of people that subscribe to his website which is protected by Copy Right Law as it is published material have asked Spyderfan007 to either remove this material or at the very least give credit to the people who created it if he is going to use the MATERIAL. Spyderfan007 has also used the wording "The Human Adventure Begins" from the Mastehead of Star Trek Reborn which is also COPY WRITTEN MATERIAL without permission. We have made several attempts to ask Spyderfan007 to ammend his posting and use of this material but have met with no sucsess. |

What makes no sense is that Spyedrfan007 says in the longer trailer that it is a Fan Made trailer and that he has nothing to do with CBS, Viacom or Paramount. But on the shorter one in which his tag line reads "The Human Adventure Begins" he is unwilling to make a consession, He's got to be someone that's just out to piss you off Ro.
At least Jammer posted it the right way to tell people what a Jerkoff Spyderfan is.

Do you think his ears were ringing? Haven't heard from him in a little over a month and then just a little more than an hour after I ask about him he pops in leaves a couple of comments on the Shoutbox and then is gone again just as quick. I guess it's true then, "ask and yee shall receive." Speaking of which has anyone seen a suitcase full of hundred dollar bills? If you have, I'm not saying that it's mine but I would like to lay claim to it.
